Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm-7:15pm in our studio.
The drop-in price for non-members is just $8, and includes a full day pass to use the entire facility, including the jacuzzi and pool.

Scott Valley Fitness Exercise Room
Yogalates is an exercise method combining the strength of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga. The workout integrates yoga and Pilates training using a mind-body connection for improved physical, emotional levels.
This class is all-level friendly and can be modified to fit your specific goals and needs. We encourage you to give it a try.
