Mondays

  • Total Package, 7:30am-8:25am with Maria
  • Yoga 8:30am-9:30am with Maria
  • Beginner Circuit, 10:00am-11:00am with Taylor
  • Aqua Aerobics, 3:30pm-4:30pm with Rachel

Tuesdays

  • Pilates, 8:15am-9:15am with Colleen
  • Zumba,  4:30-5:30pm with Eileen
  • Yogalates, 6:00pm-7:15pm with Erica

Wednesdays

  • Total Package, 7:30am-8:25am with Maria
  • Yoga 8:30am-9:30am with Maria
