Mondays

  • Total Package, 7:30am-8:25am with Maria
  • Aqua Aerobics, 8:30am-9:30am with Roxanne
  • Yoga 8:30am-9:30am with Maria
  • Aqua Aerobics, 4:30pm-5:30pm with Gail

Tuesdays

  • Pilates, 8:15am-9:15am with Colleen
  • Silver Fit, 10:30am-11:30am with Donnel
  • Chair Aerobics, 11:30am-12:30pm with Donnel
  • Triple F, 4:15pm-5:15pm with Janet
  • Zumba,  4:30-5:30pm with Eileen

Wednesdays
